This is a new service which we are offering to vets who provide veterinary services to zoos, either whilst working in practice or as part of an onsite vet team, or private owners with wild and exotic animals.
Working with wild animals is challenging and there is so much that is not in the text book!
It can feel isolating and stressful to have the responsibility of providing these services therefore support is available either on an ongoing basis or more ad hoc for specific situations or challenging cases.
Face to face sessions via Zoom, support via emails and WhatsApp and a shared Dropbox folder for reference material and records of sessions would be included.

Does your veterinary practice see exotic animal patients? Would the team benefit from a refresher course?
Are you a vet in practice that provides veterinary services for premises with a zoo licence? Do you need CPD to ensure that you are fulfilling all your responsibilities and providing the correct documentation and records?
Would your zoo team like an update on disease prevention, biosecurity, zoonotic disease, legislation or similar subjects?
Training can be tailored to meet the needs of you and your team!
All training can be delivered remotely via Zoom and can be arranged around your work schedules and be short sessions rather than full day courses. Training can be on a 1-2-1 basis or for groups.
